Production and sale of artisanal bottarga


Here, you can find authentic bottarga, a traditional speciality of Sardinian cuisine, handcrafted in the shop's workshop. 


This dish has very ancient origins and is characterised by a very long production and seasoning process, which makes it particularly valuable.


Bottarga is obtained from mullet or tuna roe. It is a perfect condiment for pasta and can also be served as an appetiser, presented in the form of thin slivers or flakes.

Preparations with bottarga

Bottarga has an intense and distinctive flavour and should be eaten strictly raw.
